14-day cancellation right
For many goods bought online by UK consumers, you may normally cancel the contract within 14 days after the day the goods are received. You should tell us clearly that you wish to cancel.
After cancellation, goods should generally be returned within 14 days. Customers may be responsible for direct return costs where this was made clear before purchase.
Exceptions
Some products can be excluded from the cooling-off right, for example sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods made to a consumer's specification. The exact exception must be assessed for the product concerned.
Faulty goods
Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
